- Fix compilation with poppler 0.63. Dict objects are now uncopyable, make a const reference instead.
- Add patch source-dvipdfm-x.dif to fix XeTeX bug #151 (bsc#1099563)
- Add patch source-lcdf-typetools.dif to help gcc8 (bsc#1087075)
