- Add condition for pytest3 on tumbleweed.
Tests require pytest <=4.
- Update faker minimum version requirement.
- Sub pytest-faker requirement for Faker. Benchmark tests use
Faker dependency directly.
- Add test condition. This is helpful to build the package
without tests in certain projects to prevent pulling in a
large test dependendency tree.
