- Update to 4.3.0:

- Make tests work (and also add the patch make_tests_work.patch)
- Add ExclusiveArch x86_64 and aarch64 (unfortunately the code
  itself checks for the architecture, so we cannot go with
  ExcludeArch; gh#CodSpeedHQ/pytest-codspeed#70)
- Remove broken *.rpmlintrc
