- update to 1.0.3:
  * switch to meson buildsystem
  * Bump gmime dependency to version 3.0
- update spec file to newer standards
- create a seperate package for docs
- switch to using meson
- remove patch xplayer-plparser-gmime-3.0.patch as upstream fixed the issue
