- improved summaries, descriptions
- marked config files
- split off python bindings into a separate package
- add missing dependency on python-gtk
- handle duplicate files in %%{python_sitearch}
- recompile python files instead of modifying them in place in
  order to prevent inconsistent mtime
- merged libexo-1-0 into exo since the library is not useful
  without its helper tools
- renamed rpmlintrc to exo-rpmlintrc according to packaging policy
