	* config/spu/spu-elf.h (STANDARD_STARTFILE_PREFIX_2): Disable default.
	(STANDARD_INCLUDE_DIR): Redefine to "/include".
	(LOCAL_INCLUDE_DIR): Undefine.
	* config/spu/t-spu-elf (NATIVE_SYSTEM_HEADER_DIR): Define.
