- Update to 2.22.3 release
  * Remove the .mdb file from Libraries in the .pc file
  * Fix FileAdapter leak
  * Fix GuessContentTypeSync return type to GStrv
  * Fix null-terminated-array return types to return string[]
  * Methods returning NULL terminated gchar* arrays now return string[]
