- new upstream version 0.99.1 which fixes two issues:
  + URL parsing was broken in 0.99 on x86_64 and rendered this
    version basically useless on this arch
  + the interface version number was wrongly reported as '12.1'
    where it should have been reported as '13.0'

- new upstream version 0.99 which comes with many bugfixes and
  feature enhancements, amongst them are a heavily extended 
  revision selector functionality, a much improved user interface
  and the possibility to "dry-run" network operations.

- new upstream version 0.48.1; this minor release fixes a
  nasty bug in monotone's command system which can be exploited
  to crash a running monotone server instance which has remote
  command execution activated.
  all server users are urged to update as soon as possible.
- add compatibility for sqlite-3.7
- put monotone into the proper category finally
- compile with -fno-strict-aliasing to avoid 
  breakage with newer gccs

  standard place though)

- use %install_info and %install_info_delete to install / uninstall 
  monotone.info
- move the documentation from PREFIX/share/doc/monotone to
  PREFIX/share/doc/packages/monotone where it belongs until 
  upstream fixed this
- remove --htmldir option from configure which doesn't seem to
  get honored anyways
