- Update dependencies:
  + Add missing python-bonobo, python-gconf, python-gtk Requires.

- Call relevant macros in %post/%postun:
  + %desktop_database_post/postun because the package ships at
    least one desktop file.
  + %icon_theme_cache_post/postun because the package ships themed
    icons.
- Pass %{?no_lang_C} to %find_lang so that english documentation
  can be packaged with the program, and not in the lang subpackage.
- Change Requires of lang subpackage to Recommends, since the
  english documentation is not there anymore.

  + Handle the case where pessulus fails under "su" because gconf
    doesn't work (you now need to use "su -" because of its dbus
    usage)

- Remove BuildRequires: glib2-devel, gnome-common.
- Do not specify AutoReqProv: it's default now.
- Use makeinstall.

- Add pessulus-gconf-dbus.patch to avoid a crash and display a
  useful error dialog when run under "su" instead of "su -". This
  will likely happen to system admistrators. Fix bnc#468319.
