File README.openSUSE of Package stk

include/RtMidi.h and src/RtMidi.cpp (both files copyright Gary Scavone) have a
licence with is a reciprocal clause. But the author accepted to change it.
Quoting Gary Scavone:

"I agreed to a license update many months ago but it won't appear until the next release (which will hopefully happen within the next two months).  The change is:

   Any person wishing to distribute modifications to the Software is
   asked to send the modifications to the original developer so that
   they can be incorporated into the canonical version.  This is,
   however, not a binding provision of this license."

The README file makes unclear if the license allows for commercial use. But this
