  <description>This update fixes the following issues for xemacs and xemacs-packages:
xemacs:
- Fix bnc #781022 - Xemacs loading of perl mode fails - that is update both xemacs and xemacs-packages as a tested unit
- ia64 memeory layout is definitly not comparable with i86 nor x86_64
- fix mis-cleaned stuff by spec-cleaner.
- removed patch22 destdir.patch
  * too old, no longer works.
  * the removal doesn't even affect the final RPM at all.
- update License to GPL-3.0+
  * upstream update its license.
- reopen "export CFLAGS LDFAGS".
  * nemui's request miscomment it. because it has values, not empty.
- remove miss-added conditional tags.
  * nemui said it's used for pdump = 0, but pdump never got enabled at all.
- re-enable COMP --with-gcc.
- spec-clean
- find a wiser and easier way to solve the OBS dump segmentation error.
  * just enable pdump and dump_in_exec by set them to 1.

- update to beta version 21.5.32 "habanero".

- regenerated patch with latest source.
- fix spec file, whose build result will cause a sys fault.

- fix packaging bug that stop cperl-mode 6.2 from opening
- upstream license change to GPLv3+
- add patch for missing CVS keywords in hg checkout
