- fix ghc-suse-as-needed.patch
* add --disable-new-dtags to linker flags. Adding RUNPATH to shared
libraries breaks linking. To fix that ghc's libraries need to set
their own RUNPATHs which they currently don't.
* fixes Haskell #7062
