- Update to version 0.19:
  + Fix COPYING, make man page installable.
  + More GPL fixes and single-char-obj cleanup.
  + Typo-fix & regenerate man page and HTML.
  + Fix RE bug in condition extraction code.
  + Add test for sky conditions.
- Drop python-pymetar-add-manpage.patch as fix upstreamed.
