supplied the paths via command line before.

- Update to new upstream release 1.9.10.1
* The longstanding gameplay bug that prevented a column from
lowering on Doom E1M7 has now been fixed.
* Command-line tools for creating and editing data files (md2tool,
texc) are now included as part of the distribution packages.
