- Update to version 3.8.0:
  + Re-written help in Mallard.
  + Updated translations.
- No longer pass --disable-scrollkeeper to configure: after the
  rewrite of the help in Mallard it is no longer used/known.
- Add fdupes BuildRequires and call fdupes in install section to
  link equal files, saving some space.
