Second patch release, specific to SUSE.
Not sure if this still works for fedora.
- recognize .bz2 files too.
And made tar, ZIP, gz, bz2 suffix case insensitive.
- call 'osc vc' with specfile basename, to avoid errors
when current dir has two.
