  - add support for the HTTP smart protocol when using Dulwich tip
  - updated documentation
  - support for newer dulwich and hg versions
  - allow generating a git repo that has the same "branch names" as
    an older hg repo that has named branches, and has had bookmarks
    added in to mirror the branch names
