  kde_gtk_config.suse.sh startup script accordingly.

- Update to version 2.1:
  * Small fixes.
  From 2.0:
  * Cleaned up GUI and features.
- Updated License to LGPL-3.0+ and GPL-3.0+.
- Removed fdupes usage (not needed).
- Removed the %post/%postun sections for /sbin/ldconfig (not needed).
- Added a kde-gtk-config-lang subpackage (fix for rpmlint warning
  "package-with-huge-translation").
