- Drop gpg-offline build-time requirement; this is now handled by

- Update to new upstream release 1.5
* Clzip now shows the progress of compression at verbosity
  level 2 (-vv).

  * Multi-step trials have been implemented
  * Compression ratio has been slightly increased
  * Compression time has been reduced by 10%
