- Version bump to 2013.05.10 release which fixes compatibility.
* Use upstream provided tarballs and versioning.
* Use upstream Makefile directly to generate everything.
* Install manpage and bash completion.
* Do not use hand generated documents but rely on those provided
by upstream.
