- Update Aegean fonts to 9.78
- Added Cretan_Hieroglyphs-9.17.zip and
  Cypro-Minoan_Inscriptions-9.17.zip as separate archives
- Dropped Aegean.pdf, Cretan_Hieroglyphs.pdf and
  Cypro-Minoan_Inscriptions.pdf because they're supplied by each
  font archive now.
- Updated Linear_A_Inscriptions.pdf
