- Update to version 2.6.4
  * Added cx_ldas_prog_cxx() configuration check to obtain C++
    standard flag for use in package config file.
- Fix builds for openSUSE >= 1550: The test for HAVE_PROCFS_STAT
  fails for unknown reason; workaround by forcing the value of
  this variable to 1 as a cmake option.
