- Update to 0.3:
  * Improved key handling: non-unicode keys (including modifier keys
    like ctrl, alt and super) are now ignored. You can still close
    the dialog with ESC.
  * Updated dependencies. New clap version brings an improved cli help menu.
- Use service to create vendor tarball
- Move to zst
