- Change upstream project to https://projects.kde.org/breeze-gtk.
- Add cmake, extra-cmake-modules, gcc-c++, kf5-filesystem and
  pkgconfig(Qt5Core) to build dependences.
- Add kconf_update to metatheme-breeze-common and make it
  architecture-dependent.
