- Update to version 0.11.0:
+ Improved the tagging accesibility.

+ Changed the tagging look (new button with a symbolic link in

- Drop almanah-includes.patch: fixed upstream.
- Pass install_sh=$(pwd)/install-sh to make_install: for some weird
reason, the tarball fails to find it.
