- Use pkgconfig() for BuildRequires. Drop unused pcre2.
- Remove unused .la files.
- Add shared library package as per SLPP guideline.

- Use a filename and remove the source url from the Source0 definition
  since it seems github is having problems serving a 450 MB file
  and the factory-auto checks timeout.
