+ linux: bring our process group to the foreground (fdo#89653).
+ Mark xf86OSKbdPreInit as _X_EXPORT in header to match
definitions.
+ Init LEDs to zero before querying the value.

- Update to version 1.8.0:
Consider this the NetBSD release, bringing the driver closer to sync with
the NetBSD source directory. Non-BSD platforms should not be affected by
these changes.
