Subject: [PATCH] Fix calloc-related code to prevent SIZE_MAX redefinition in
 sys headers

* malloc.c: Include limits.h for SIZE_MAX.
* malloc.c (SIZE_MAX, calloc): Define GC_SIZE_MAX instead of SIZE_MAX.
