- Update to Version 0.7.0
  * Images are now loaded with glycin, adding support for many
    more formats like AVIF and JPEG XL, and improving
    compatibility, like using the correct color space for JPEG
    images.
  * Zoom level now takes into account fractional display scale.
  * Fixed unusably fast zoom on mice with high-resolution scroll
    wheels.
  * Fixed slightly blurry image borders on some zoom levels.
  * Added an Alt+Enter shortcut to open the media properties
    dialog.
  * Updated to the GNOME 47 platform.
  * Updated translations.
- Add BuildRequires to build glycin:
  * pkgconfig(libseccomp)
  * pkgconfig(lcms2)
- Add meson_test to validate files
