- bump version to 0.10.0

  - User-configurable object filtering.
- Changed
  - Tags no longer require a type prefix. If there is no prefix,
    it refers to the property on the object itself.
  - Name overrides now use PipeWire match rules.
  - TOML 1.1 support for wiremix.toml.
- Removed
  - "git describe" information from --version string.
- Fixed
  - Endpoints with the media.name prop (notably AirPods) were
    using that instead of the proper name templates.
