- version update to 1.0.0
  - Add bash completions.
  - Fix installation on FreeBSD (thanks to Isaac Freund).
  - Follow (new) C standard by replacing noop() function (thanks to Ben
    Buse).
  - Allow compiling with clang via -Wno-strict-prototypes.
  - Fix file permissions of man page.
- fixes build with gcc 15
- removed Makefile.patch, not needed
