File 3.2-networkcfg.patch of Package calamares

Description: Disable creation of /etc/resolv.conf

After copying /etc/resolv.conf, it will be a regular file,
but in openSUSE it should be to /var/run/netconfig/resolv.conf
and created automatically anyway.
