- Rename pidgin-guifications-lang to pidgin-plugins-guifications-lang.
- Reference a tarball source URL.
- Rename 'sr@Latn' to 'sr@latin', 'no' to 'nb_NO' only on SLE 11.

  with other pidgin plugins.
