(another new feature in Tux Paint)
+ Fixed bug where hitting [Cancel] in file/directory chooser dialogs
would cause Tux Paint Config. to crash
+ Modularized some of the UI layout code

- removed tuxpaint-config-de.po (upstream translation exists now)
