  will not be signed by the SUSE key for security reasons.

- Add UEFI Shell to ovmf package (jsc#PED-15388)
  - Add uefi-shell.spec 
    - uefi-shell-x86_64: UEFI Shell binary for X86_64
    - uefi-shell-aarch64: UEFI Shell binary for AARCH64
    - uefi-shell-riscv64: UEFI Shell binary for RISCV64
