- Update to version 1.31
  * PyPi package had wrong license (MIT). Changed to GPLv3.
  * Minor changes to variable parsing and applying.
  * A fix for the "sql" template. A new reserved keyword has been
    renamed.
  * Minor changes and improvements to the "html_fancy" template.
