- Obsolete all packages from MATE 1.4.0 that are dropped by
upstream in 1.5.0. Doing this in a central package to keep
track due to the elevated number of sub-packages involved. The
repository shouldn't have much consumers, so we should be OK.
This will involve a temporary loss of features while other
packages are being ported to MATE 1.5.
