- Remove bogus eggdbus dependency: remove eggdbus-devel
BuildRequires and sed it out of configure. Note that it was
removed this way upstream already.

split from there.
- Make the devel package Provide/Obsolete gnome-keyring-devel,
since this is what is usually expected.
