- backport a recent bugfix to let netsync connections which transfer
  large files exit with the correct status 
- enable network tests

- with lots of help from the community (namely darix and bitshuffler)
  the documentation and dependent files finally install (in a non
  standard place though)

- use %install_info and %install_info_delete to install / uninstall 
  monotone.info
- move the documentation from PREFIX/share/doc/monotone to
  PREFIX/share/doc/packages/monotone where it belongs until 
  upstream fixed this
- remove --htmldir option from configure which doesn't seem to
  get honored anyways

- %%fdupes didn't work out, so we do not package %%_datadir/doc/monotone
  at all, but explicitely copy monotone.html into %%_docdir
