- Implement tests as part of %check; additionally needs
  BuildRequires: python3-pytest.
- ExcludeArch 32-bit, as tests fail and upstream confirms that it
  is not supported
  (https://git.ligo.org/lscsoft/lalsuite/-/issues/371).
