Sat Jul 31 20:53:32 CEST 2010 - pascal.bleser@opensuse.org

- add support for paste.opensuse.org (currently hosted as paste.michal.hrusecky.net);
  will be sent upstream once it is hosted as paste.opensuse.org
- made paste.opensuse.org the default pastebin
- add paste format detection based on the filename; only potentially interesting for upstream because pastebinit has no configuration support for mapping format names per site (and the ones in the patch only (?) apply to paste.opensuse.org, and other Stikked instances)
