- pommed: only keystrokes on the built-in keyboard should reset
the keyboard idle timer.
- pommed: add USB IDs for the Apple external aluminium mini
keyboard.
- pommed: switch to sysfs resource files for PCI memory access
instead of mmaping /dev/mem.
