- update to 2025.11.16:
  * Added support for Python 3.14.
  * Updated the ISO 639 data from SIL to the latest 2025-10-15
    release.
  * Case-insensitive matching for `Language.match` is now opt-in.
  * The keyword argument has been renamed `strict_case` (from
    `exact` before), defaulting to `True`.
  * In `Language.match`, removed the keyword argument `exact`
  * (replaced by `strict_case`, defaulting to `True`).
  * Dropped support for Python 3.9.

  * `Language.match` now supports case-insensitive matching
    and ignores leading/trailing whitespace by default.
  * Explicitly indicated that the library is type-annotated.
  * Sped up the retrieval of `Language` objects during runtime.
  * Updated the ISO 639 data from SIL to the latest 2025-01-15
    release.
  * Fixed `Language.from_part3` so that it now also works for a
    retired ISO 639-3 code.
  * Added support for Python 3.13.
  * Dropped support for Python 3.8.
