- Update to 5.0.0
  * This release requires Python >= 3.8 and h5py >= 3.0.0
  * Removed deprecated constants: hdf5plugin.config, hdf5plugin.date, 
    hdf5plugin.hexversion and hdf5plugin.strictversion 
  * Fixed hdf5plugin.Bitshuffle to avoid raising ValueError when lz4=False
  * Many filter and library updates
- Drop merged patches:

  * support-numpy-2.patch

- Initial specfile for v4.4.0 required by python-fabio
- Add hdf5plugin-system-libs.patch
  * Try to debundle as much as possible with 
  * Disable SSE3 and AVX512 because we are stuck at supporting
    x86_64v1
