- update to 0.3.2:
  * Fix bug in license file handling for PEP 639, related to
    transforming legacy
  * `license = { file = "..." }` metadata into `license-files`
    automatically.
  * Drop support for Python 3.9 and below.

  * Move to non-beta versioning!
