- Use system blas by passing the cmake option
-DUSE_XSDK_DEFAULTS='TRUE'.
- Disable building tests for now because they have linking issues.
- Use cmake macros wherever appropriate.
- A minimum of cmake >= 2.8.12 is required for building.
