- Obsolete all packages from MATE 1.4.0 that are dropped by
upstream in 1.5.0. Doing this in a central package to keep
track due to the elevated number of sub-packages involved. The
repository shouldn't have much consumers, so we should be OK.
This will involve a temporary loss of features while other
packages are being ported to MATE 1.5.

- For MATE 1.6 a set of packages were dropped; this should be
minimum impact for users with X11:MATE repository installed. We
add this packages to Obsoletes just on this package and hope
that zypper does his magic.

- Add xdg-user-dirs-gtk to Requires, user-dirs-update-mate.desktop
to sources. We want users common folders to be update on locale
changes. XDG doesn't support mate.
- Add mate-desktop-openSUSE.gschema.override - override some
defaults - enable in the future through branding
- Move gnucat stuff to bcond and leave it enabled by default
