- update to version 1.4.2:
  * Fixed minor RST error in README.
  * Fixed typo.
  * Change element constructor function elt() to return a list instead
    of a tuple when numargs > 1, enabling elements to be traversed by
    walk().
  * Fix indentation of a doc-string
