- updated to 1.06
       [ENHANCEMENTS]
       tainted() now localizes $SIG{__DIE__} before performing the
       taint check.  If the calling program has its own $SIG{__DIE__},
       we don't want to use it.  Thanks, Pete Krawczyk.
