- Update descriptions to reflect this is not just an interface,
  but a library on its own.

- Rename package
- Use _service for fetching source
- Use correct upstream urls
- Update to version 0.0+git.20150512:
  * Upgraded LZ4 to r127
  * Fixed for crappy AIX.
